Casa Acácia was conceived as a place of balance: between the city and the green, between concrete and gardens, between a life in motion and moments of rest. Two volumes subtly overlap, creating movement on the façade and embracing outdoor gardens that provide privacy and a constant presence of nature.

Upon entering, the main living area surprises with its high ceiling and the sculptural helical staircase that becomes the centerpiece of the space. It is an open environment, where living, dining, and cooking flow together seamlessly, always bathed in natural light filtering through large glass panels that transform the atmosphere throughout the day.

At the back, the house opens onto a generous outdoor area with a pool, garden, and spaces for gathering. Here, inside and outside blend into one, creating a retreat where simplicity becomes elegance — a place designed to welcome, to rest, and to live each moment fully.
