Location

Located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, in the state of São Paulo, Casa Passuaré is an expression of simplicity and respect for the natural environment. Elevated from the ground to avoid humidity and preserve the terrain, the house did not require the removal of any trees during its implementation.

The highlight of the house is its glulam roof, which mimics the movement of the surrounding mountains, creating a visual integration with the landscape. Additionally, the roof was designed to capture and direct rainwater, channeling it into a collection tank for reuse.

Casa Passuaré offers a stunning view of the mountains and was designed to reflect the cooler temperatures of the region, providing a cozy and sustainable retreat amidst nature.
